Wine Reviews – Governors Bay Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is flashy and there’s no denying that, starting with a heady nose of toast, smoke and orange peel. The palate is viscous and grainy on notes of mint and ginger, with barely enough acidity to maintain balance. Nonetheless, it is inherently appealing.
